The Arts and Culture Center at the Palace of rias palace bastion 23 hosted an award ceremony on Thursday, July 6, 2023, for participants of the mural art competition in support of young talents in the visual arts. The event took place on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of Independence Day and in conjunction with the launch of the 15th Arab Sports Games, organized by the Association of Plastic Arts of the Algerian Province. The theme of the event was “Independence through the Eyes of the Youth”. On this occasion, the Arts and Culture Center rias palace bastion 23 was also honored with art pieces.
