The director of Arts and culture Center ,Rias’palace , Bastion 23 , recieved on the 19th of March 2024, Mrs Krikou kawtar, the Minister of national solidarity, Family and women’s issues, in presence of Mr Ben youcef Ahmed the delegate of Bab el oued province , in which the center witnessed an exhibition organized by the ministry of solidarity containing creations of handicaps and including particular wings for their artistic creations and handycrafts.
