The Center of Arts and Culture ,Rias’ Palace ,Bastion23 recieved an official deplomatic delegation on the 2nd of april 2024 , the Italaian Ambassador in Algiers : Mr Alberto Kotillo, accompanied with his family and the protocole of the diplomatic staff from the embassy ,where they got an opportunity to get an over view of Algiers historical broad outline with its different historical eras, by exploring our monument in terms of having an idea of our architectural aspect .His excellency Mr the Ambassador , was recieved warmly by the institution and the director of the site, Mrs Riache Faiza and the tour was done by:
