The Arts and Culture Center at the Palace of the Raïs welcomed a foreign delegation comprising representatives from various countries, accompanied by the Ministry of Moudjahidines (Veterans) and the association. Among them were delegations from Yemen, Jordan, Vietnam, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Niger, Mali, Libya, Serbia, Chile, Tunisia, Western Sahara, Italy, India, Congo, and Venezuela. The exhibition showcased traditional Algerian costumes.
