Official Visits

Dr Riach Faiza, Director of the Arts and Culture Centre at the Palace of the Heads of the Sea – Fort 23, received today, Wednesday 2 July 2025, the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Nicaragua in charge of Political Affairs and Foreign Relations, Mr. Tardanthelia Orlando José and the Deputy of the National Assembly, Mr. Hudson Derrings John Edison, accompanied by the Ambassador of Nicaragua 🇳🇮 to Algeria.

This visit was an opportunity to learn about the history of Algerian architecture in general and the history of Qasr El Rayas in particular, which is considered a rare architectural masterpiece and a living witness to the historical depth of the Kasbah of Algiers, especially from the sea, where it stands out as one of the most important defensive fortresses that today have become an impenetrable fortress of Algerian culture.
