#Literary Meeting
Within the framework of the missions of the Arts and Culture Centre at Qasr Raees Al Bahr – Fort 23 aimed at promoting cultural action and encouraging national literary production, the Centre organises a literary meeting to present the novel ‘Al Loko’ by writer and journalist Rafik Mouhoub, on Monday, 3 November 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Centre’s headquarters.
The meeting will include a presentation of the content of the novel and an intellectual discussion about it, followed by a gift-selling session dedicated by the author to the audience.
This meeting comes within the framework of the Centre’s efforts to encourage reading and literary discussion, support national creative talents, and enhance its role as an incubator for creativity and cultural dialogue.
