As part of the promotion of our cultural heritage, the Arts and Culture Centre at Qasr Rayas Al Bahr – bastion 23, received this morning, 16 November 2025, the delegation participating in the second edition of the International Conference on Nuclear Medicine.
During their tour of the various wings and sections of the palace, the delegation learnt about the historical elements of this edifice and the cultural and civilisational assets that reflect the richness and diversity of Algeria’s national heritage. The delegation was also briefed on the role played by the Centre in preserving this cultural heritage and introducing it to visitors from inside and outside the country.
