♦️On October 31, 2025, the Arts and Culture Center at the Palace of the Presidents of the Sea Fortress welcomed a group from the Aman Association for the Care and Education of Orphans – Tiaret, as part of an educational visit to the center’s various spaces.
🔹 During this tour, they were able to learn about the historical, architectural, and cultural heritage of this remarkable landmark.
