As part of its cultural programs aimed at highlighting the work of Algerian visual artists and their distinctive artistic experiences, the Arts and Culture Center at the Palace of Presidents of the Sea – Fortress 23, a temporary art exhibition entitled “Artistic Radiance,” dedicated to the works of visual artist Babi Abdelghani, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 10 a.m., at the center’s headquarters.
