The Arts and Culture Center at the Palace of the Sea Leaders – Fortress 23, on November 26, 2025, received a group of third-year officer cadets from the Higher Naval School in Tamnifoust, as part of an educational visit to various spaces of the Palace of the Sea Leaders.
During this visit, the students were given the opportunity to explore the historical, architectural, and cultural wealth of this ancient edifice, where they were provided with detailed explanations about its components and heritage paths. The Higher Naval School also presented a commemorative plaque to the Palace of the Sea Governors, in appreciation of its efforts in preserving heritage and promoting cultural work.
