Official Visits
Dr Riach Faiza, Director of the Arts and Culture Centre at Kasbah Heads of the Sea – Fort 23, received today, Sunday 29 June 2025, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Portugal, Mr. José João, and his accompanying delegation.
The visit was an opportunity to explore the various spaces of the palace, which is a rare architectural masterpiece and a living witness to the historical depth of the Kasbah of Algiers, especially from the sea side, where it stands out as one of the most prominent defensive fortresses that have now been transformed into a fortress of culture and creativity.
